Applicants are to submit a concise one-page letter of intent in layman’s terms that will define the significance of the problem to children’s health, the planned intervention/initiative, the impact to be measured, how it will be measured and the timeline to expect measurable results.
We believe that a great idea shouldn’t be limited by a person’s writing skills, and we are willing to assist applicants with their written application to strengthen their submission.
To ensure that all funded initiatives do not crowd to one region of the state, applications will be grouped and ranked by geographic regions with an overall goal (when feasible) of distributing grant monies equitably across these regions.
Thank you for your consideration and support!
